i unfortunately didn't receive the red-carpet treatment i so deserved. to make matters worse, my room came with a broken bed, and housekeeping barged in despite my do not disturb sign. i thought a nice complimentary upgrade would have been a given, but no one seemed to care at all about my comfort. very disappointing.
